What do a study on bees, a new bridge,
and an artist’s network have in common?
They all benefit from EU funding!
On the website EuroAccess Macro-Regions potential beneficiaries find the right EU programme to fund their project idea.
The database lists current calls for proposals under EU programmes that are open for applicants in the Danube Region and in other EU Macro-Regions. These programmes cover seven very different topics and offer organizations from all sectors the opportunity to apply for EU funding.
Registered users define their own fields of interest and receive a personalized newsletter with information on the opening of relevant new calls for proposals.
About the initiative EuroAccess
EuroAccess Danube Region was created as an online information and search tool on EU-funding available in the Danube Region, to be used as support for the implementation of the Action Plan of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region (EUSDR) in the period 2014-2020. The Vienna-based Priority Area Coordinator of Priority Area 10 (PAC10) “To step up institutional capacity and cooperation” of the EUSDR has been entrusted by the European Commission to implement the project EuroAccess Danube Region, within the Danube Implementation Facility. The action contributes to action 7 of PA10 in the EUSDR Action Plan: “to review bottlenecks relating to the low absorption rate of EU funds and to ensure better coordination of funding”.
EuroAccess Danube Region has supported project ideas since 2016. Due to the success of the pilot project EuroAccess Danube Region, the service was expanded to the other EU Macro-Regions as well. Supported by the European Commission (DG Regio) and the City of Vienna, EuroAccess Macro-Regions launched in 2018.
EuroVienna EU-management & -consulting GmbH acts as affiliated entity to the City of Vienna for the purpose of this action and is entrusted by the City of Vienna with the overall management and implementation of the action.
Based in Vienna, EuroVienna offers a wide range of services in the field of EU project management.
