Meeting of the Danube Local Actors Platform. Female participant is presenting results on coloured post-its that are stuck on the wall.

The Danube Local Actors Platform (D-LAP) is the advisory and working group of Priority Area 10 Institutional Capacity and Cooperation addressing matters related to the cooperation and participation of civil society and local actors.

In doing so, the members of the Danube Local Actors Platform meet at least once a year in order to exchange on current and planned activities, funding, and developments in the Danube Strategy. Furthermore, the platform members discuss the organisation of the annual Danube Participation Day, a side event of the EUSDR Annual Forum. The D-LAP meetings provide an opportunity for better coordination between stakeholders in the Danube Region and networking to strengthen participatory governance and the involvement of civil society and local actors in the implementation of the EU Danube Strategy.
