URBAN FUTURE GLOBAL CONFERENCE | 28/02-02/03/2018 | VIENNA

 

From 28 February – 2 March Vienna is going to host the 2018 edition of the Urban Future Global Conference. 3,000 CityChangers from hundreds of cities in 50+ countries will transform the city into the place to be for urban decision makers, doers and innovators. URBAN INNOVATIVE ACTIONS: 2017 CALL

 

The main objective of UIA is to provide urban authorities throughout Europe with space and resources to experiment new innovative answers to the interconnected and complex local challenges. DG Regio will open a new call. Urban authorities have the chance to submit their proposal until 30 march 2018. The total budget of the call is EUR 80 to 100 million. Selected projects receive up to EUR 5 million. The co-financing rate is 80%. The proposal needs to address one of the following priorities: Adaptation to climate change; Air quality; Housing; Jobs and skills in the local economy.
