This event is in the past.
In the framework of CUPA (Cooperative Urban Planning Approaches) programme the sixth Implementation lab workshop will be held on 3-5 July 2013 in Zagreb (Croatia). The case study regards the (re)development of the Zagreb Fair ground in the southern part of the City of Zagreb. There is a great concern about the development and management of the Zagreb Fair Grounds, so there is an urgent need and demand to work on that topic. We will try to develop, concepts how to revitalize these fair grounds and mobilize civic support both in terms of volunteering and in terms of stakeholders, so steps forwards can be taken.
As part of the Co-operative Urban Planning Approaches (CUPA) project, partner cities – mainly from the Danube region – organize a series of workshops to discuss specific urban planning problems. The workshops provide participants with an opportunity to analyse these problems in a structured manner and develop appropriate solutions.
