EUROPE FOR CITIZENS: CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

 

The programme Europe for Citizens calls for applications within the Strand 2 “Democratic engagement and civic participation”. Applications can be submitted until 1 September 2016 (12.00 CET) for the following measures:

 

 

• Town Twinning
  Town Twinning supports projects bringing together citizens from twinned towns. Citizens at local and EU levels are encouraged to debate on concrete issues from the European political agenda. The aim of this measure ist to enhance civic participation in the EU policy making process and develop oppotunities for societal engagement.
• Networks of Towns
  The Networks of Towns foster the cooperation between municipalities and associations on a common theme and seeks to establish sustainable networks.
