WORKSHOP ON IPA II NOVELTIES (CEF, LJUBLJANA, FEBRUARY 10 – 12, 2016)
PA 10 (Center of Excellence in Finance – CEF) is organizing a workshop on IPA II Novelties.
Changes and novelties of IPA II that create capacity gaps for beneficiary countries will be addressed. A workshop provides a detailed overview of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA II), based on beneficiaries’ request that would help participants get prepared for full EU membership obligations, including setting up institutions to strengthen mechanisms of good governance.
