SURVEY ON POLITICAL PARTICIPATION OF ROMA

ERIO, the European Roma Information Office, is currently publishing an online survey on political participation of Roma in Europe. The results of the survey will be used to draft a study that assesses the involvement of Roma in politics and the extent Roma are making use of their right to vote and stand as political candidates. Furthermore, the study aims at identifying barriers that Roma face when trying to engage politically.

The survey is available in English, French, Greek, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian and Dutch and consists of a set of multiple-choice questions. The completion of theonline survey will take approx. 10 minutes. Participants of the survey are also highly encouraged to share the survey with family, friends and colleagues. The provided information will be anonymous. The deadline to complete the survey is 30 September 2019.

Please access the survey here.

About ERIO
The European Roma Information Office (ERIO) was founded in 2003 as a non-profit organisation under Belgian law, working with an European scope. In spite of the role that we play in the advocacy of Roma rights at the European level, we do not seek to replace any other Roma organisations. As an informational platform, ERIO ensures that the voices of all European Roma are heard by EU and governmental officials. Our work currently focuses on anti-discrimination policies in the fields of education, employment, healthcare and housing.
