European Week 2023: A healthy Europe by Enhancing Cross-Border Collaboration and Digitalisation – Workshop
Ensuring good medical care is becoming an ever-greater challenge in times of health system overload and staff shortages. Cross-border collaboration and digitalisation will contribute to building a more patient-centric healthcare ecosystem across Europe. This session will show two practical examples of this, one in Lower Austria and one in the Västerbotten Region. The need for legal frameworks for administrative cooperation, technical equipment, and sociocultural challenges will be discussed.
