The first EU funding programmes already publish their first calls and many are to follow. Hence, it is high time to take a look at the new funding period and see what it holds in stock. How can you find out about current and up-coming calls for proposals? Where do you find information on tenders? Which programmes are commonly addressing institutional capacity building, civil society cooperation, or urban development?
A prosperous Danube Region through institutional capacity building, participation, and local development
Whether to pilot an innovative initiative or to set-up a collaboration network, funding often plays a crucial part in many activities to improve cooperation and coordination. Many committed stakeholders identified needs and developed innovative and creative solutions to boost institutional capacities or improve civil society participation. They develop effective ways to enhance cross-border-cooperation or make a difference for local development. In doing so, they show a great potential to contribute to a prosperous Danube Region. This is why we want to support (potential) project promoters in finding suitable funding. While we aim at introducing useful information on funding in our policy activities, we also share some info on our website’s ‘Funding’ section to provide a first glimpse.
EU Funding 2021-2027 for institutional capacity building and participation
In out updated ‘Funding’ site you can find links to our funding database ‘EuroAccess MacroRegions’. It offers information on open calls and basic descriptions on programmes. Additionally, if you are interested in a certain funding topic and/or area of activity, you can customise your funding alert.
Likewise, the European Commission’s call and tender portal contains information on grants and tenders.
For a more general search, users can browse through some programmes that address actions of Priority Area 10. The funding overview aims at giving a first glimpse into what programmes are out there. However, please note that the list is not exhaustive.
Have fun browsing through our ‘Funding’ section and all the best for your project application!
