The BACID III Project, funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), has joined forces with the Network of Associations of Local Authorities in South-East Europe (NALAS) and the Centre for Public Administration Research KDZ to explore the digitalisation landscape in the Western Balkan 6 and Moldova.
